The challenge
Concierges.in runs a round-the-clock concierge desk where every member request, travel, dining, gifting, errands, arrives bespoke and across channels. Intake, sourcing, and follow-up ate the hours the team wanted to spend on the relationships, and volume grew faster than they could hire.
What we built
We put intake and coordination agents on the request queue: each request captured across WhatsApp, email, and calls, classified, and either actioned end to end, sourcing vendors, drafting bookings, sending confirmations, or routed to a concierge with the context already attached.
The results
The desk now absorbs peaks without adding headcount, routine requests are confirmed in minutes instead of hours, and concierges spend their time on the judgment calls and the personal touches members actually remember.
The system handles the legwork so my team can be concierges again, not a booking desk. Members feel the difference.
